Session Speaker
C.L. Bryant is a runaway slave. A former NAACP leader and self-professed “Democratic Radical,” C.L. began to see through the agenda being foisted on the NAACP by examining such issues as the foisting of pro-choice positions onto majority-black churches by special interests. Eventually, C.L. escaped from the bondage of progressivism to secure the blessings of liberty. It was his vision that brought the movie RUNAWAY SLAVE to fruition. Follow C.L. as he traces the footsteps of runaway slaves through the Underground Railroad. See how he travels into the heart of Black communities across the U.S.--from the slave ports of New Orleans to Chicago’s Cabrini Green, and from Martin Luther King’s birthplace on to Jefferson’s plantation at Monticello. Experience along with him the devastating impact that 95% support of the Democratic Party has had upon the Black community. Through interviews with politicians, experts, and everyday Americans, the film seeks to answer this question: Is the Black community really “free at last?” Dim lights |
