I was born in Houston, Texas and have also lived in Virginia, New Orleans, Detroit, and now Colorado Springs. It was the beauty of the land and the nature of the people that drew me to the area. My interests include reading, music, electronics, and adventure sports. As the lead singer in a rock band, I have given multiple performances. I love road trips and traveling abroad to learn about new cultures. I decided to become a doctor at an early age. My desire to help others and establish therapeutic rapport with my patients has driven me to excel. I served as the chief fellow during my training. My areas of interest include therapeutic endoscopy, inflammatory bowel diseases, as well as liver and pancreatic disease. Having a special passion for teaching, I strive to educate patients about their illnesses to enable them to be an active participant in their care.
