Shari Williams is the President of the Leadership Program of the Rockies (LPR), serves on the Board of Directors, and has held a leadership role in the organization and its predecessor since 1989. Her expertise and passion is educating and training emerging free market public policy leaders to advance individual rights and the proper role of government.

Ms. Williams has more than thirty years of experience and a winning record as a professional in public policy, strategic planning, and state and federal political campaigns.

Ms. Williams is a nationally renowned consultant for high-profile public policy projects. A skilled campaign architect, she has created a Republican Campaign Academy, developed the School of Persuasion, a graduate program for LPR, and led Americans Back in Charge as the first campaign manager in the country to pass state and federal term limits. She went on to lead this effort in 23 states. She was a campaign strategist for Bob Schaffer, Bob Beauprez, Bill Owens, Wayne Allard, Bill Armstrong, Terry Considine, Mike Coffman, Bob Greenlee and many more.

Shari serves as Executive Director for the Vernon K. Krieble Foundation, focusing on national issues ranging from immigration reform to civic education. She is also Executive Director of The Krieble Foundation, primarily involved with free market organizations and promoting property rights around the world. Shari is a Board member for the National Taxpayers Union and serves on the Advisory Boards for the Atlas Economic Research Foundation and Heritage Foundation Colorado Committee.
